Halcyon Palms – our luxury villa resort in the US is progressing really well and rapidly too. Currently 4 villas are being constructed and another 1 has just been given notice of commencement
The resort is really taking shape. We are handling a high number of viewing trips on-site currently and this has seen strong sales in recent months. In a market as strong as Florida and as we hit the summer, we expect sales to continue to rise going forward.
