This €5m project is the renovation and extension of an existing seventeenth century chateau in rural France to create a destination spa for the wider area. The 900m2 Spa is situated within a holiday resort that is currently under-construction. Mador Architects have been involved for several years in master planning and are over-seeing a phased construction process. Construction is underway.

The spa has been designed to sit discreetly behind the existing building creating south facing spaces away from the resort with a serene 100sqm courtyard olive tree garden and a wraparound poolside terrace enjoying views to the lakes beyond.
