Where to Find the Best Chocolate in Limoges
If you love chocolate (who doesn’t?), Limoges is the place to be. It’s packed with top-notch chocolatiers crafting everything from silky ganaches to crunchy pralines.
La Maison Faye (3 Rue Darnet) – A family-run spot with a deep love for local ingredients. Their chestnut-infused chocolates are an absolute must-try.
Buissière Chocolaterie (27 Rue Jean Jaurès) – A little vintage, a little nostalgic, and a whole lot of delicious. Their Paladin dark ganache with roasted hazelnuts is legendary.
Palets d’Or (33 Rue Adrien Dubouché) – Hervé Moreau has been handcrafting chocolates for over 26 years, and trust us, he knows what he’s doing.
Borzeix-Besse (Multiple locations) – If you’re after something truly special, their famous Druids’ Pebbles—a dreamy hazelnut praline—will blow your mind.
Ludovic Pacaille (82 avenue Garibaldi) – Master pastry chef and chocolatier Ludovic trained at the legendary Ladurée in Paris—so you just know his creations are next level. And lucky for us, he’s brought all that talent (and deliciousness) to Limoges!
