As most people are aware, when it comes to holiday destinations it doesn’t get much bigger than Florida and more specifically Orlando. Families are drawn in by the lure of Disney World and the other exciting parks nearby.
It’s not all about the parks though, as an interesting article by industry publication A Place In The Sun explained.
According to the article, as actively demonstrated by the Halcyon Palms Luxury Villa Resort, many buyers look to purchase a property within 15 minutes of Disney, which not only gives them great access to the parks but also great rental possibilities. But the parks aren’t the only focal point – it’s now a growing centre for e-commerce and education, giving the area even more status (and as a result rental demand), aside from the unlimited entertainment that is offered.
