After travel restrictions have been lifted Investors and clients alike have been taking advantage of their newfound freedom and have finally been able to visit the Resort.

The Chateau has welcomed back functions and events and many of our contractors have been able to get back to site. Construction is starting to return to pre-pandemic levels with work resuming on the Forest Villas along with Gauguin (Building F) which has had 2 new floors completed and is finally reaching roof level reading for 70% completion. Interior work has continued on multiple buildings as displayed in the photos overleaf.

Although the last few months have seen a positive move in the right direction, we truly believe over the coming weeks we will see a real surge in construction and are excited to be able to
keep you updated with the progress being made once more on the Resort.
